Please clean up after your dog and dispose of the material properly.
Do not throw the material in the lakes as this is unhealthy. It is not permitted or appropriate to drop it in a gutter, anywhere along the street or in your neighbor’s trash can.
Please walk your pets on the sidewalk, common area swales and parks. Avoid walking your pets on your neighbors property.
•Pets are not permitted outside of the home without a leash. Please keep your pets on a leash at all times.
These rules are and will be enforced as a finable violation. We appreciate your help as we strive to maintain, preserve and enhance the property values and assets of the community.

Kid’s Week – 2024 Survey
We Need Your Help!
The HOA Lifestyle Director and the Entertainment Committee are excited to plan a fun-filled Kid’s Week for 2024! The event will take place on December 23-24 and 26-27. To ensure we create activities suited to various age groups, we need to know how many children will be attending and their ages.
We’ve created the survey below to assist in the planning process. If your children will be attending Kid’s Week, it’s important to complete the survey so we can start organizing age-appropriate events. We understand that Kid’s Week is still several months away, and filling out the survey doesn’t commit you to anything. We just want to get an idea of the number of kids and their ages to plan the best Kid’s Week ever!
Please help us by filling out the survey.

Outdoor Pool Closure
The resurfacing of the pool has been completed. The pool has been filled and the balancing of the water chemistry is in-progress. This process is important for the curing stage. The pool water must be deemed safe for swimming before we can reopen the pool for our residents to safely enter. This process may take up to 30 days. Our goal is to have the pool reopened by mid-September.
Hurricane Preparedness
It’s that time of year and hurricane season is upon us. To help better prepare for the hurrican season, the Villaggio HOA has provided the Offical Palm Beach Count Hurricane Planning Guide.

Also, it is very important that the HOA has emergency information for all residents in the case of a hurricane diaster. The HOA has a Hurricane Preparedness form that they would like all residents to have on file with the HOA office.

If you have filled out a form in the past and the information has changed, please download the form, provide the new information and drop it off in Mailbox #22.
