Three sessions 7 days per week:
Session A: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm
Session B: 1:15 pm – 2:45 pm
Session C: 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm
At this time, 25 residents will be permitted to use the pool per session for Open Swim.
Residents are required to wear face coverings when checking in to use amenities to protect the staff. Face masks do not have to be worn while enjoying the use of the amenity.
Temperature checks are required for all residents entering the pool area. Residents with a temperature recording of 100.3 degrees or under will be admitted; those with temperatures over 100.4 degrees will not be admitted.
Reservations will be made through the Villaggio website using the Open Swim reservation form. Residents will submit their reservations requests which will generate an email to Villaggio HOA Staff.
Reservations will be made by Wednesday for Monday through Sunday of the following week. Reservations open for the following week on Sunday mornings at 8:00 am and will be accepted through Wednesday afternoons at 4:00 pm.
Residents will be allowed to request four (4) reservation time slots per week for open swim. Residents who would like to attend more frequently can request to be put on an ongoing wait list (not day specific) and will be contacted if there is availability.
The staff will work to fill timeslots fairly. The system will not cap you at the number of reservations allowed. If more than the amount permitted are submitted, reservations will be taken for only the allotted number allowed. Any additional reservations requests above the allotted amount will be voided.
Residents who have reserved spots for Open Swim are not allowed to remain within the pool area after the scheduled time of the activity.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Residents are required to contact the Front Desk at 561-967-6814 to cancel a scheduled open swim time. Residents are allowed one excused cancellation or no show per week (Monday-Sunday). Cancellation of reservations must be done by calling the Front Desk by 10:00 am the day you need to cancel. This allows for other residents on the waiting list to be contacted to fill available spots(s). Calling by 10:00 am does not excuse you from the allowance of no more than one (1) cancelation per week.
Extenuating cancellations circumstance (i.e. death in the family or other significant event) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
On days with inclement weather, cancellations will be waived.
Cancellations must be done by phone and will not be accepted via email. Residents can call the club house at 561-967-6814 to report a cancellation. We have added a new extension just for pool reservation cancelations and/or questions. Please press “0” to reach the amenity hotline.
Residents who are more than 15 minutes late for open swim will not be admitted and it will be counted as a cancellation unless they notify the office that they will be late. This should be an exception and not a regular occurrence. Please note this is being strictly enforced.
Schedules will continue to be posted to the website for the week ahead by Friday morning. Schedules can be found under the Athletic Activities tab at myvillaggiohoa.com. Residents will no longer receive emails containing reservation confirmation information.
