NEW (5/15/12)
A summary of the residents' meeting with our lake management provider held on the morning of 4/25 is available via the HOA - Board of Directors link on the Main Menu.

NEW (4/27/12)
The proposed modification of the administrative (office) space has been approved by a vote of 69.8% of those voting. The number of voters who submitted ballots exceeded the quorum requirements. The construction will be scheduled to minimize the impact on operations, and residents will be advised when the work will commence.

Support Group and Committee minutes are likewise posted on the page for a specific support group, also as they become available, and is accessible via the Support Groups & Committees link on the Main Menu

♦ The latest revision (v.128, 5/14/12) to the Resident Directory including our newest residents is now available through the Main Menu link.
