The Homeowners Association (HOA) has negotiated an agreement for bulk driveway/walkway/patio cleaning and sealing, and for patio frame cleaning with Coastal Painting Company, the company that the HOA has used for its roof and sidewalk cleaning. Homeowners, if they choose, can opt from the many combinations of services noted on the attachment at the indicated prices. [Note: copies of the attachment are also available in the clubhouse and on the website in the FORMS section under Other Forms.]
Forms and checks can be dropped into mailbox # 23 at the office and are due by Friday, August 8, 2014. Forms and checks can also be mailed to Villaggio at 6935 Via Bernardi Lake Worth, FL 33467.
Please remember that according to the provisions outlined in the community’s Documents homeowners are responsible for maintaining their driveways. Property inspections are done several times a year.
COBWRA hosted a retreat for its delegate membership to discuss the Agricultural Reserve lands in our area. The purpose of the retreat was to decide upon a COBWRA position on future use of the remaining lands previously designated for agricultural use. There is much concern that this land reserve is slowly being converted into non-agricultural use. More information can be found in the report submitted by our COBWRA delegate, Allen Appel; available on the COBWRA link on the Main Menu.

Anyone born after December 1, 1964, must have REAL ID compliant identification by December 1, just 4 months away. Everyone else has until December 1, 2017.
The REAL ID requirement is federal law. Congress passed the REAL ID Act after the 9/11 terrorist attacks on our country. Secure driver's licenses and identification documents are required as a national strategy to prevent future terrorist attacks and identity fraud.
REAL IDs include state-issued driver licenses and ID cards. REAL IDs have a star in the upper right hand corner. If your driver license or ID card does not have a star then you need to come in and get a REAL ID. You must bring specific original documents proving birth, social security and residence to our office. Homeland Security’s required document list is posted at www.pbctax.com/driver-licenses.
As of June, 62 percent of all eligible drivers in our county are REAL ID compliant.
REAL IDs cannot be issued online or through the mail. Save time and schedule an appointment. We take appointments for driver license service only at www.pbctax.com.
REAL IDs will be required to board a commercial flight or enter federal buildings. Homeland Security will announce an implementation date no sooner than 2016.
